Ontario County Revolving Loan Form Commonly referred to as "the RLF application"

Purpose
This loan application is a source of low-interest funding for industrial development in the County.

Note:This loan application is for manufacturing and industrial related companies ONLY under certain circumstances.

Please contact the office prior to completion so that we may schedule an analysis meeting to ensure your business qualifies for funding.

This form must be signed and sent to the OED office via postal mail for processing when completed (no faxes are allowed). This form MUST also be accompanied by the application fee (see page 4 of the PDF form).

Applicants must also fill out the Short Environmental Assessment Form (SEAF) BELOW in order for their RLF forms to be processed.
