Ontario County Local Development Corp

Ontario County Local Development Corporation (OCLDC) was formed to assist in economic development initiatives in Ontario County for the benefit of not-for-profit entities. It provides incentives to qualifying civic and not-for-profit businesses that contribute to the quality of life in Ontario County and create and retain jobs. OCLDC may issue tax-exempt financing for civic facilities. Financing may take the form of bonds, notes, and other obligations.
