Our Governance

Ontario County Board of Supervisors
Ontario County’s Board of Supervisors (BOS) and its Planning and Research Committee provide important oversight to the governance of the Ontario County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA). Members of the OCIDA board are appointed by the BOS.

Board of Directors
The OCIDA Board of Directors works with staff to improve the economic condition of the residents of Ontario County by identifying and incenting qualifying projects that bring substantial capital investment and job retention and creation to Ontario County. Audit Committee
The Audit Committee of the OCIDA board meets with independent auditors to help plan for and review the results of the annual audit. Recommendations for improvements in the recordkeeping, reporting and internal controls of OCIDA are also considered by this committee.

Governance Committee
The Governance Committee of the OCIDA board keeps the board apprised of best governance practices and identifies the skills and experience desired of future board members.
