Who We Are

Ontario County Development is a collaborative effort of the Ontario County Office of Economic Development, the Ontario County Industrial Development Agency and the Ontario County Economic Development Corporation, created to provide economic development services for the benefit of the people and businesses of Ontario County.

Our financing and incentive products and technical support have helped businesses succeed and fostered the creation and retention of thousands of jobs.

Our strategic approach promotes technology-led economic development and has resulted in the attraction and growth of manufacturing and producer service companies in a wide array of business sectors, from alternative energy to food and beverage.

Whether they make fruit juice or solenoids, these companies have one thing in common—they are innovators. And innovative companies need knowledgable workers. This is why we work closely with our Workforce Development team members to provide the talent attraction and training assistance growing companies need to remain ahead of the innovation curve.
